Analyze satisfaction indicators, monitor return/exchange processes, support sales team, and improve service quality.
Direct contact with clients to clarify doubts, record complaints, and follow up on solutions.
Provide support via phone, email, chat, or CRM systems.
Follow-up with clients until issues are resolved.
Map the customer journey post-sale.
Qualifications:
Complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with customer service systems (Help Desk, Freshdesk, Desk360) for ticket registration and tracking.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of commercial processes and technical support.
Analytical skills and conflict resolution abilities.
