Business Technical Services Analyst PL/SQL
To excel as a Business Technical Services Analyst, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing technical support and services.
The role requires you to evaluate client requirements, estimate efforts, and guide them towards utilizing standard solutions that maximize revenue. You will participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
You will also gain knowledge of how to identify critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with document maintenance and updates to client system environments. Additionally, you will take part in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, ensuring that code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
In terms of qualifications, relevant experience or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs, and experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation are also necessary. Advanced English language proficiency is required for speaking, listening, and writing.
