Job Overview:
As a seasoned Big Data Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance backend features in our core applications. Your expertise will be utilized to gather requirements, implement, and validate launches.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain systems used by multiple engineers over the long term.
2. Foster strong Java backend development experience and hands-on expertise with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and MapReduce.
3. Develop and deploy RESTful APIs, storage solutions, caching mechanisms, and data processing frameworks.
4. Cultivate excellent communication skills to effectively explain system designs and product implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Big Data software development.
* Proficiency in Power BI or general Big Data tooling is a plus.
* Prior automation experience is beneficial.
