A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies. Fluent English communication skills. Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC. Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms. Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ambitious, results-driven, and thrives in high-growth settings. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate experience skills.
