Omni Studio Solutions Developer
The role of the Omni Studio Solutions Developer is to design, develop, and implement dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop solutions that meet client needs by leveraging Omni Studio components such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
* Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and industry best practices.
* Configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to ensure scalability and maintainability.
* Write clean, efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
* Manage deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions within Salesforce governor limits.
* Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
