Responsible and accountable for the delivery of Mobility services within an assigned Market. This includes managing the end‑to‑end mobility experience for international travelers, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and timely relocation process. The MSL serves as the primary point of contact for assignees and acts as the key liaison with internal stakeholders, including corporate functions, HR, and business leadership. By owning relationships across the Market, the MSL ensures alignment with strategic priorities, efficient issue resolution, and high‑quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for customer support during E2E customer journey
Take ownership of individuals travel plan, ensuring it progresses in timely way
Pro‑actively unblock issues through early identification and connecting with relevant specialists
Act as main POC to traveler, providing support and answering questions as required
Liaise with specialists and market unit leads as required to resolve issues
First escalation point for any traveler or specialist issues with the travel plan
Perform initial review of travel plan and trigger required workflows
Hold briefing call with the traveler to provide guidance, answer questions and communicate provisions
Communicate change of traveler circumstances to specialists as required
Generate cost estimate utilizing ACE tool and manage approvals & request net pay calculations as required
Support DL MU Lead and MU Lead with case‑specific follow‑ups, escalations, and audits
Trigger third‑party services as required
Engage with other business functions as required to progress cases and support employees including but not limited to HR, Payroll & Finance
Work with projects as assigned by DL MU Lead to provide upfront guidance in advisory stage (using Mobility tools & connecting with specialists). Be the MSL for all individuals traveling under project (potentially cross‑MU) to provide project main POC and status reporting
Must have
Fluency in spoken and written English language
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage employee expectations
Organized and detail‑oriented with experience handling sensitive, deadline‑driven tasks
Familiarity with global mobility systems and tools (e.g., ACE, assignment management platforms) is preferred

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
In‑depth knowledge of the mobility industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
