Regional sales director – brazil & latam

Motiv8AI enables financial institutions, embedded finance, and e-commerce companies to increase originations, reduce risk, and deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences through behavioral science and advanced analytics.


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand Motiv8AI’s presence across Brazil and the broader LATAM financial ecosystem.


Responsibilities

* Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth with banks, fintechs, and financial retailers across Brazil and LATAM.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and executive engagement through negotiation and deal closure.
* Leverage an existing C-level network (CEO, CRO, CMO, CIO, Chief Data Officer, Heads of Risk/Marketing) to access decision-makers and accelerate enterprise sales.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets across the region.
* Lead strategic account development and expand long-term partnerships with key financial institutions.
* Represent Motiv8AI at fintech events, banking forums, and industry conferences across LATAM, strengthening brand visibility with senior executives.
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong positioning, successful implementations, and account expansion.
* Provide ongoing insights on market dynamics, competition, and customer needs to support our regional go-to-market strategy.


Requirements

* 11+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in banking, fintech, analytics, or enterprise SaaS.
* Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets.
* Established network with C-level executives in the Brazilian banking or fintech industry is a strong advantage.
* Experience selling solutions related to credit scoring, risk analytics, personalization, collections, or fraud prevention is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in building new markets and expanding revenue across LATAM.
* Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise sales processes and influence executive stakeholders.
* Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
* Willingness to travel across LATAM.
