 * This position focuses on finding, assessing, and placing top technical talent in Latin America (LATAM) for U.S.-based companies.
The ideal candidate will have:
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven ability to recruit for diverse Information Technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
Main responsibilities include:
 * Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Developing strong pipelines of LATAM-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
 * Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.

 * Analyze business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
