Global Operation Expert - Insulation Kits

This role is responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple Insulation Kit Centers, focused on safety, quality and process improvement through automation and digitalization.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Act as the global process expert in insulation manufacturing related to process, method and equipment in the entire Transformer Components business and product scope.
* Support digitalization and automation in the entire production chain as a way to improve productivity.
* Scope of activities to cover process expert support, improvements of the manufacturing process, support for equipment purchase, upgrades, equipment relocations.
* Support factories in emergency equipment/process issues and in deploying standard and platform approach.
* Drive standardization of process and equipment in own manufacturing area.
* Develop standard equipment requirements, linked with process performance and critical to quality characteristics.
* Develop and update documentation such as Production Standards, Quality Inspection Cards, User Manuals and Training & Certificate material related to the insulation kits manufacturing.
* Optimize / improve the kitting operations maximizing the asset utilization, at lowest cost, while making sure that the quality standards and customer requirements are met.
* Develop partnerships with global suppliers for winding and winding assembly equipment, in cooperation with respective category manager and SQ manager.
Your Background
* University degree: Bachelor of Science; Master of Science.
* Experience from operations from a relevant industry (>5 years).
* Background in materials or related processes.
* Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and change self and others.
* Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication.
* International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
