Job Title: Commodities Asset Class Onboarding Specialist
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced professional to support validation for Commodities Asset class onboarding to a trading desk.
The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, preferably in Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve daily functional, valuation, and pricing issues on both front-office systems.
* Work closely with traders to address issues and resolve FO Equity Derivatives desk concerns.
* Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and resolve front-office related issues.
* Manage day-to-day project tasks to complete deliverables.
* Validate and create yield curves; perform curve assignments and new curve creation.
* Stay up-to-date with market regulations and practices globally.
* Perform testing and participate in release cycles.
Requirements
* Strong product knowledge in EQD and COM.
* Excellent understanding of FX and IRD business concepts.
* Proficient in P&L concept overall and its components.
* Hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle.
* 5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities.
* 4+ years experience in financial markets role.
* SQL proficiency.
* Strong analytical and logical skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organization skills.
