Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support the EHS landscape applications, implementing new automation for audits control across the region and collaborate closely with business areas to address their needs.
* Cultivate strong relationships and work collaboratively with business partners, DT colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party contractors.
* Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Identify opportunities to streamline or replace existing processes with end-to-end solutions, such as automated evaluation and matching of key system data.
* Develop technical solutions that meet business needs in an effective, efficient, and technically robust manner.
* Create documentation of the business aspects of proposed solutions.
* Work with the Digital Technology team to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating, and considering alternative technology options.
* Provide timely, customer-focused responses to troubleshooting and other technical requests.
Requirements for Success:
* Administrative, systems, and engineering experience with a focus on project management, including strong knowledge in EHS.
* At least 5 years of experience in EHS, with a proven track record of success.
* Proficiency in product development lifecycle management.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Familiarity with EHS systems, including Enablon, Safety Net, and Safety Web.
* Advanced level English language proficiency is required.
