Sales Growth Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM as a key account manager for nutraceutical ingredients. This role involves building strategic relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing territory plans to capture new business opportunities and presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts across LATAM to maximize sales revenue.
* Develop country- and segment-level territory plans to expand the customer base.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers and negotiate agreements.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure effective sales strategies.
Key Requirements
* Strong industry knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards is crucial for this role.
* Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including senior-level executives and distributors.
