Workday Project Manager
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning. The Workday Project Manager will also prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.
* Lead and coordinate the implementation of new features and enhancements in Workday HCM space, including payroll support.
* Prepare data analysis reports and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support production issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge/response catalog.
Requirements
Workday Certified
5+ years' experience in Workday functional or PM roles
Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge
Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to CCB and Studio integrations
