Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. This includes ensuring the client's vision is aligned with our recruitment strategy.
* Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles through social media platforms like LinkedIn and job boards. These platforms provide a wealth of information about potential candidates and help us identify top talent.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation. All these processes require strong communication and organizational skills.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions by establishing relationships with passive candidates and promoting our brand through various channels.
* Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. Open communication helps build trust and maintains a positive relationship between the candidate and our company.
* Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes and stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM. This allows us to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing market conditions.
* Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports. This data is crucial for making informed decisions and optimizing our recruitment processes.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-tech roles. The ability to recruit diverse talent pools is essential for our company's growth.
* Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends is required to effectively source and engage candidates. This knowledge also helps us stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
* Familiarity with both technical and non-tech profiles is necessary to cover a wide range of job openings. This allows us to tap into various talent pools and find the best fit for each role.
* Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools are essential for finding top talent. These tools provide valuable insights and enable us to streamline our recruitment processes.
* Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process. Effective communication builds trust and ensures a smooth candidate experience.
* Experience hiring in Latin America is beneficial for navigating cultural differences and local regulations. This expertise enables us to better serve our clients and find top talent in this region.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment requires adaptability and flexibility. As a Technical Recruiter, you must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Upper-Intermediate + level of English is necessary for effective communication with international clients and candidates. This language proficiency ensures clear and concise communication, reducing misunderstandings and errors.
* Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to delivering excellent results. This adaptability is essential for building strong relationships with clients and candidates worldwide.
