* Understanding the interactions between applications
* Knowledge of the qualification process
* Proficiency in OS support
A high working knowledge of BeyondTrust Privilege Management is also essential.
* Ability to create or modify policies for Windows
* Troubleshooting skills
* Capacity to interpret audit data to create or modify policies
Key responsibilities include creating Knowledge Articles, documentation to support rollout and qualification, preparing awareness communications prior to deployment, and assisting with deploying BT policies to MLL environment and making adjustments as necessary.
