Location: Latin America (Fully Remote / Open to Brazil, Peru and Colombia)Reporting to: US Head of International BusinessCompany IntroductionCelnovte Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing global developer and manufacturer of pathology diagnostic reagents and automation instruments, specializing in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In-Situ Hybridization (ISH).With our proprietary MicroStackerTM polymer detection technology and a full portfolio of automated IHC stainers (CNT300 / CNT320 / CNT360), Celnovte provides clinical-grade solutions comparable to leading international brands, while offering greater flexibility and value for emerging markets.Today, Celnovte products are installed in ****+ laboratories worldwide, supporting hospitals, reference labs, and pathology centers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced LATAM Sales Manager to drive business growth across Latin America, focusing on pathology automation instruments and IHC reagents.This role combines direct sales, distributor management, and market development, with strong autonomy and regional responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies for pathology products (IHC instruments & reagents) across LATAMIdentify, appoint, and manage local distributors and strategic partnersDrive instrument placements, reagent pull-through, and long-term account growthSupport distributors with product training, demos, and key customer visitsRepresent the company at regional exhibitions, pathology congresses, and customer eventsLead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and distributor agreementsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapeAchieve and exceed annual sales targets for assigned territoriesCandidate ProfileRequired Qualifications5+ years of sales experience in pathology diagnostics, IHC, histopathology, or related life-science fieldsStrong understanding of pathology lab workflows (IHC staining, automation, reagents)Proven experience managing LATAM distributors or key accountsFamiliar with global pathology brands (e.G.
