Job Description
This role focuses on client satisfaction and retention to build loyalty, while overseeing operations. It acts as a key operations role and will be in the public eye at Gigabrain.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Oversee client milestones – monitor the 30, 60, 90-day progress.
* Complete all client tasks timely.
* Verify pain points are resolved and discover ongoing issues.
* Lead retention efforts through proposals, negotiations, and upselling.
* Monitor customer satisfaction via quarterly surveys.
* Recommend strategic improvements for clients.
* Ensure client requirements and tasks are completed on time.
* Understand clients’ business and marketing objectives.
* Monitor and report on client performance to ensure goals are met.
* Perform account and onboarding audits.
* Review project progress bi-weekly and ensure milestones are met.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Update ClickUp profiles accurately.
* Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Oversee completion of training videos and Amazon audits.
* Manage Amazon PODs and client churn.
* Establish clear communication with KPIs.
* Achieve specific performance metrics, e.g., ad spend, churn rate, audit completion.
* Maintain high client success rates and positive feedback.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience or similar knowledge.
* Agency management experience preferred.
* 2+ years of management experience with team leadership skills.
* Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, ClickUp.
* Comfortable managing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote position, $500-$800/month, working 6-11 am PST. Requires a quiet workspace, fast internet, webcam, and microphone. The application process begins with completing the culture index survey.
