Health Sciences Specialist Role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that partners with leading technology companies to build the next generation of generative AI and large language models (LLMs). As a native-level speaker of Portuguese, you will contribute to teaching LLMs how to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.
You will work alongside writers, editors, and linguists to improve the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models. This involves creating training data sets, annotating data, analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality training data sets for AI models to enhance their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
* Annotate data to align AI models with human values and ethics.
* Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.
* Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets.
* Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English.
* Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills.
* Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties.
* Research skills and ability to fact-check effectively.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
