As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and management of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to drive business outcomes through platform optimization and insightful data analysis.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions, design and implement automated processes using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows, and develop and enforce efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting practices.
You will ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, validation rules, and backups, oversee data imports and exports as well as manage integrations with tools such as Marketo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, and develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
You will translate data into actionable business insights to optimize the sales lifecycle and marketing performance, lead Salesforce-related projects, monitor milestones, and ensure timely, effective delivery, provide support, training, and documentation to users across varying skill levels, promote user adoption through intuitive configurations and responsive troubleshooting, customize and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
You will manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and data security, and ensure platform performance through upgrades, patches, and best practices implementation.
