Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the efforts of assigned delivery management associates/team members.
Main point of contact in client location related to project/contract.
Ensure team members adhere to established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management.
* Developing and updating/adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules.
* Coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
* Monitoring project progress and updating status reports.
* Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and addressing emerging questions/issues.
* Collaborating with internal product, technical and other teams to resolve issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Providing accurate client status reports.
* Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.
