Service Desk Agent Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending all incidents reported by users, recording calls, and registering incidents in the ticket registration platform.
* The successful applicant will attend all incidents reported by users through the helpline or incident logging platform.
* They will record all calls from the helpline and register the incident in the ticket registration platform.
* The successful Service Desk Agent will also attend on the spot the incidence of the user reporting problems with the Workstation computer equipment.
