What you will do - Lead end-to-end Medallia implementation projects, from discovery and design through testing, training, and go-live. - Act as the main point of contact for clients—building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to keep milestones and deliverables on track. - Define project plans, timelines, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies. - Facilitate workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize the client experience with Medallia. What we are looking for - Experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS or other tech-driven environments. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep complex projects on track. - Excellent communication—you’re equally effective with executive sponsors and technical teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success. - Fluent English and Spanish.
