**Job Title:** User Experience Designer
We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions for our web-based SaaS product.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
**Requirements:
* Proven experience as a User Experience Designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
**Nice to Have:**
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
