About the Role:
We seek a senior human resources analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage employee registration and termination processes.
 * Supervise pre-liquidation of salaries and earnings impact.
 * Participate in improving HR area and cross-area processes.
 * Collaborate with external entities/suppliers in the HR area.
 * Prepare reports for management and other control areas.
Requirements:
 * Advanced degree or relevant career background.
 * 3 years of work experience in similar positions.
 * Knowledge of Law 20,744 and its application.
 * Experience in service companies.
 * Advanced English level.
