IT Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
You will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deploying and integrating new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conducting regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
