Job Title: Cyber Security Team Lead
Ball Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Team Lead to join their Global IT Security operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive technical solutions in large, complex organizations.
This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to junior level cyber security analysts, as well as participating in managing vendors to achieve desired results. The successful candidate will have experience in a cyber-security operations environment, including 4+ years of technical leadership, and hold relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior level cyber security analysts.
* Participate in managing vendors to achieve desired results.
* Develop and maintain incident response plans, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks.
* Stay current with cybersecurity threats and trends, providing ongoing intelligence and insights to inform security decision-making.
Requirements:
* Advanced Level of English.
* Experience in a cyber-security operations environment.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
* Knowledge of CISCO ASA solutions specifically remote access.
* Technical proficiency with at least three security-related systems and applications.
* Ability to document and maintain processes and procedures.
