International Sales Team Member Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our international Sales Team and support business development activities in the public sector across various countries.
This role involves working closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in different areas, while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in multiple countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation, ensuring all requirements are met
* Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender specifications, showcasing the candidate's skills and expertise
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices, driving team success and growth
Requirements:
* Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Strong technical skills in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and experience with MS-Teams
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership of tasks and projects, and motivated to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
