About This Role:
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our organization as a Commercial Key Account Manager.
 * You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
 * Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with key decision-makers at these accounts, developing and executing account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
 * You will work closely with other departments to support customer success and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
Achieving assigned sales quotas and revenue targets is crucial. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
 * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
 * Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business reports to customers.
 * Work closely with other departments to support customer success.
 * Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
 * Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
 * Negotiate and close deals effectively.
 * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
 * Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
Requirements:
 * A proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 * Native French speakers with fluency in English are encouraged to apply.
