Customer Success Strategist
CAS seeks an independent professional to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business growth activities.
1. Customer Engagement & Onboarding
o Facilitate initial interactions and enablement sessions for clients.
o Provide guidance to help clients realize the full value of solutions.
o Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
2. Business Development & Growth
o Identify opportunities to expand, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
o Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
o Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
3. Strategic Communication & Marketing
o Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions.
o Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
o Represent CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
4. Performance Metrics & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
o Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
