We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Corporate Development team as a Corporate Development Manager. This role is responsible for building strong strategic business relationships that lead to the sourcing of current and future M&A opportunities for our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM, meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, working both autonomously and with M&A leadership, and ensuring the lead database is allocated accurately within portfolio verticals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, a clear interest in developing a long-term pipeline of meaningful relationships, advanced verbal and written communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM
 * Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets
 * Work both autonomously and with M&A leadership
 * Ensure the lead database is allocated accurately within portfolio verticals
Requirements:
