This position will serve the social app(SOYO/SOYOU) business unit.
Job Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* Independently recruit and manage agencies (at least 200-300 hosts per month)，hosts,and coin-dealers .
* Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
* Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.
Salary：basic+KPI+bonus
