We are seeking an experienced video editor to create engaging, high-converting video advertisements.
* High-Volume Ad Production: Transform raw creator footage, user-generated content clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and video sales letters that convert cold traffic into buyers.
* Master Direct Response Mechanics: Craft hooks that stop viewers in the first 3 seconds, deploy engagement disruptors, optimize pacing for platform algorithms, and A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
Post-Production Excellence: Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Rapid Iteration & Testing: Partner with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly, expecting fast feedback cycles and the need to pivot based on real-time campaign data.
Ai-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage tools like Descript, Runway, and AI caption generators to maximize output without sacrificing quality.
Bonus Points: Experience editing short-form video sales letters (2-3+ minutes) or long-form video sales letters (25+ minutes), motion design skills, understanding of direct response copywriting principles, familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or AI editing tools, and bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
