Collaboration with internal customers is essential to guarantee adherence to IT processes, maximize the benefit of technology solutions, and provide clear guidance regarding technological advancements. The support team is expected to demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus. Team members are responsible for supporting the global IT team by serving as local representatives for IT support and follow the best practices under ITSM framework.Main Responsibilities Provide expert-level user support, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of IT services while acting as an escalation point for complex or high-impact issues. Lead and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of end-user workplace (user and office devices) acting as a key interface with the global IT organization and external vendors. Own and govern TMF’s IT asset management processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across inventory tracking and audits. Manage and resolve complex incidents and service requests, applying strong root cause analysis and ensuring timely, high-quality resolutions aligned with SLA and KPI targets. Coordinate escalations, follow-ups, and on-site support activities as required. Oversee onboarding and offboarding technical activities, ensuring secure, standardized, and efficient device provisioning, recovery, and handover processes. Contribute actively to local and global IT initiatives, including technology rollouts, process improvements, and automation efforts, providing technical leadership and local ownership.
