SAP Technical Cutover Expert
Transform your career and join our team of innovative professionals as a SAP Technical Cutover Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end SAP technical activities, drive localization and deployment tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide project teams' efforts in successfully going live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure for K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including technical landscape readiness, remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
