About the Role:
* Sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates for technical positions, primarily full-stack Python developers
* Managing the entire recruiting process from intake to offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities
* Utilizing industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceBox to drive sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement
* Meeting aggressive hiring targets, with uncapped commissions for top performers
* Maintaining precise recruiting metrics, tracking performance, and continuously improving sourcing and conversion rates
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and modern recruiting tech stacks
* Able to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously
