About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Representation of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food/beverage.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
• Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
