Project & Construction Manager – Food Industry Expansion Project (Belgium & Brazil)
Role Overview
For an international expansion project within the food industry, we are looking for an experienced Project & Construction Manage r. The assignment involves scaling up the capacity of an existing production site in Brazil by a factor of three
.You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budge t, with a strong focus on coordinating local subcontractors and supporting the technical execution

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manag e local subcontractors on-site
* Request, evaluate, and compar e supplier quotations
* Support th e engineering pha se, depending on your expertise, including
* Creating machine layouts
* Preparing I/O lists
* Reviewing power requirements
* Provid e hands-on suppo rt during the execution phase when necessary
* Ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders across Belgium and Brazil
Project Timelines
* Start: As soon as possible (no later than January 2027)
* Early involvement in t he engineering phase in Belgium is possible
* Once construction begins, you wi ll alternate between Belgium and Brazil
Pro file
A proactive, hands-on professional wit h a strong sense of ownership
Proven experience in project and construction management
Experience in the food industry (mandatory)
Fluency/good in Portuguese (mandatory)
A multidisciplinary technical background (mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, etc.)- You ar e a genera list, not necessarily a deep technical specialist requ ired
