Reference:2025-15314 Position description: Type of assignment: Full-time Regular Function: Support function - Information Technology Services Job title: Analista de Sistemas ERP Pleno M/F Job description: Prestar atendimento e suporte aos usuários nos diversos módulos do Protheus (Financeiro, Compras, Estoque, RH, Faturamento, etc.). Analisar, configurar e parametrizar o sistema de acordo com as demandas recebidas. Desenvolver customizações utilizando ADVPL e configurador. Documentar processos, manuais e procedimentos relacionados ao sistema. Apoiar a implementação de novos módulos e atualizações do Protheus. Realizar testes e validações de novas funcionalidades. Trabalhar na identificação e solução de problemas técnicos e funcionais. Prestar suporte às integrações do Protheus com outros sistemas corporativos. Applicant's profile: Completed or ongoing higher education in areas such as Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or similar. Proven experience with Protheus, especially with support and module parameterization. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADVPL, SQL and TOTVS development tools. Knowledge of Webservices, REST API and Integrations is desirable. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication, proactivity and teamwork.
