Skillset
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives for cross-functional teams.
* Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
* Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring seamless adoption of Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure transparent communication of requirements.
* Monitor team performance metrics (velocity & burndown) and work towards improvement.
* Advocate continuous improvement within the team by promoting best practices.
* Build a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work closely with compliance teams to integrate regulatory considerations into sprints.
* Lead efforts to synchronize Scrum practices with organizational goals and objectives.
* Guide teams on managing dependencies between departments and fostering cross-team collaboration.
* Stay abreast of industry trends in Agile and apply relevant advancements to enhance team performance.
* Ensure all team outputs align with business objectives, delivering tangible value to the organization.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members and fellow Scrum Masters.
* Resolves conflicts and challenges within teams, maintaining a productive work environment.
* Drive Change Management through coaching and support teams in transforming processes and mindsets.
* Oversee integration and utilization of Azure DevOps tools to optimize collaboration, code management and CI/CD pipelines.
