Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing top talent across global markets.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
* Building strong talent pools for high-demand roles.
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles.
* Evaluating candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
* Maintaining organized applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
* Implementing scalable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach tools.
* Maintaining clear communication with candidates for a positive experience.
* Contributing to the improvement of hiring processes, documentation, and workflows as we grow.
Required Skills and Experience
* 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience (creative, agency, or tech preferred).
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
* Able to assess creative and operational talent across multiple specialties.
* Clear and confident communication in English.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once.
* A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
