Agile Project Manager
We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to support our Product and Engineering environment with two Scrum teams.
This role is ideal for professionals comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* Facilitate all Agile ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting Scrum teams, and partnering with Agile coaches.

* Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure seamless Agile execution.
* Team Support: Provide guidance and support to one Scrum team with potential expansion to a second team.
* Partnerships: Collaborate with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and deliverables.
* Process Implementation: Assist in the adoption of SAFe practices to optimize Agile workflows.
* Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
* Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Collaboration: Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across various regions.
