The Role
 * Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive top-of-funnel activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn platforms.
 * Conduct thorough research and segment leads using premium data tools like ZoomInfo and Crelate.
 * Execute targeted outreach campaigns via daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
 * Monitor and track pipeline progress through SourceWhale and internal CRM systems.
 * Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
 * Continuously analyze performance metrics and conversion data to optimize outreach campaigns and improve results.
Requirements
 * Minimum 2-5 years of sales development experience in B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environments.
 * Proven success generating meetings with U.S. clients in mid-market settings.
 * Mastery of sales engagement tools, including SourceWhale and ZoomInfo.
 * Strong understanding of professional services, particularly technology, product, or executive search.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
