 
        
        As a seasoned IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and providing feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Source and screen qualified candidates
 * Conduct initial screening interviews
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements
You will build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles and understanding of technology trends. They will also have strong communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
