Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Growth: Develop comprehensive Facebook acquisition strategies aligned with growth targets, identify new scaling opportunities, and stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends.
* Campaign Optimization: Launch, test, and scale ad campaigns while managing all aspects of performance including structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to consistently improve ROAS.
* Market Intelligence: Regularly conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends.
* Data Analysis & Insights: Independently research performance data to extract actionable insights, build your own analysis models, and translate findings into optimization strategies.
* Creative Development: Partner with the in-house creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives based on performance data and audience insights.
