We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Business Partner to serve as a strategic link between Finance and Technology, supporting digital transformation initiatives, automation, and finance process optimization within a SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology for finance systems initiatives
* Lead efforts to standardize, automate, and optimize finance processes through technology-enabled solutions
* Translate finance business requirements into functional specifications for the development and implementation of technology solutions
* Provide functional expertise for finance systems implementations, enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives within SAP S/4HANA environments
* Ensure financial controls, data integrity, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are embedded in system solutions and processes
* Coordinate and support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
* Collaborate on change management initiatives, user training, and business readiness activities to support the adoption of new solutions
* Coordinate Finance deliverables within technology and transformation projects, tracking risks, issues, and action plans
* Maintain appropriate documentation, governance, and effective communication with local and global stakeholders
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
* Solid experience in Finance
* Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
* Experience with finance systems implementation, integration, automation, or optimization projects within SAP S/4HANA environments
* Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
* Experience working with Agile project management methodologies
* Advanced or fluent English
