Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical positions (mainly Full Stack Python Developers)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities
• Utilize best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
• Work towards aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions)
• Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack
• Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously
