About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team as strategic partners to Senior Sales Leaders. Our team collaborates on initiatives to optimize sales processes, drive revenue growth, and uncover business insights through data analysis.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of successful sales teams, a passion for data analysis, and excels in crafting narratives that facilitate sales team growth.
We are looking for candidates based in São Paulo who can thrive in a hybrid working model.
The Opportunity:
* Drive the analytical cadence of our business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives
* Collaborate closely with Senior Sales leadership to conduct market and segment-specific analyses
* Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles/comp plans
* Establish trust with key stakeholders in sales leadership and cross-functional partners
* Become an expert in understanding Acquisition & Growth sales motions and support go-to-market initiatives and strategies
* Think critically to navigate ambiguous situations, problem solve, and provide recommendations
The Ideal Candidate is/has
* Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.)
* 3+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy/Consulting/Sales Operations/Analytics
* Effective communicator who can break down technical concepts into simple business vernacular
* Experience in a business partner role and/or managing executive relationships
* Experience with quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting
* A self-starter who shares new ideas or disrupts current processes to improve business operating rhythm
* Naturally curious – excited by learning new things and innovating
* Ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis
* You are a spreadsheet wizard with the ability to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (Tableau, CRM Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker)
* You can navigate your way around Salesforce with relative ease
* Fluent in English, proficient in Portuguese and/or Spanish required
* Located in Sao Paulo, preferred
