We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and build a high-performance, stable, and well-documented desktop application using Flutter.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Flutter and Dart, as well as a solid grasp of architectural patterns, dependency injection, and state management.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain the Flutter desktop application with clean architecture and modular layers.
* Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time services, such as WebSockets and Streams.
* Implement audio/video features using flutter_webrtc and ensure stability under variable network conditions.
* Ensure observability end-to-end by instrumenting product events/metrics, triaging errors with Sentry, and capturing UX signals with Microsoft Clarity where applicable.
* Own quality by writing unit, widget, and integration tests, performing code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation.
* Handle macOS distribution by managing code signing, notarization, entitlements, and App Sandbox.
Requirements
* Fluent English skills for daily communication and reporting.
* Strong experience with Flutter and Dart, preferably building desktop applications.
* Proven work reducing CPU/GPU usage in Flutter apps with measurable results.
* Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVC/MVVM/Clean), dependency injection, and state management.
* Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets/Streams, async/isolates, and robust error handling.
* Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics) or equivalent, Microsoft Clarity, and Sentry for error/performance monitoring.
Nice to Have
* Deep expertise in macOS development, including signing, notarization, App Sandbox, entitlements, and Keychain management.
* Practical experience with WebRTC, spatial audio, and jitter/latency tuning.
* Experience with Android/iOS publishing, push notifications, and in-app review flows.
