Job Summary
SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM) plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by delivering exceptional technical expertise in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
* A deep understanding of SAP release version upgrades, infrastructure updates for cloud customers, and hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities are crucial for this role.
* Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution is necessary to stay ahead in the industry.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and be able to form big pictures quickly, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and guidance on SAP Basis and related applications to internal teams and customers.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve processes, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Develop and implement solutions to optimize infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics, enhancing overall system performance.
