Design Experience Leader
* This role requires a strong bias for action and scrappy attitude toward the product development process.
About the Role
You will define and lead design experiences across three core products—web and mobile. You will take ideas from concept to completion, conducting and managing full research processes, leading usability testing sessions, and gathering feedback and information to vet and refine designs.
This position demands flexibility and willingness to pivot in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate is crucial. You will help establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library, contributing to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
